LAMBDA-SA Semi-automatic Batch Control Unit
LAMBDA-SA can be used whenever accurate batching is required.
The batching unit head with a dial is equipped with an arrow indicating the delivered volume, a predetermination sliding pointer to set the volume to be delivered and a micro- switch to be operated at each batching to relay the solenoid valve. The batch control unit with axial turbine allows high deliveries of water flow with negligeable pressure loss and may be installed on horizontal, vertical and inclined pipes. Operating life of the batch control unit is related both to the maximum flow rate and to the maximum daily delivery.
The following conditions have to taken into consideration:

V = batch volume of water in liters
t = time per batch in seconds
Q = max. flow-rate in m3/h
nhV/1000<E
n = number of batch per hour
h = hours
E = max. daily delivery in m3
Operating instructions
- Set the arrow on the required batching value by using the adjusting knob.
- Aprire la valvola di alimentazione, il dosatore comincerà a decontare fino allo zero azionando il microinterrutore che comanda la chiusura dell’elettrovalvola di alimentazione.Open the feed valve, the batching unit starts moving back till the zero point closing the micro-switch to relay the solenoid valve.
